
Love MB vehicles but the service/parts departments are run by amateurs. They don't return phone calls, respond to email inquires, tell you when parts are in, tell you that parts are needed to fix the problem. We're replacing our vehicle this year but won't be paying Oregan's MB a visit this time around.

I reside in NB and purchased a car that I had delivered. I specifically asked the salesman to indicate any damage on the car. His exact quote was "I went over the vehicle with a discriminating eye and couldn't find any issues in terms of scuffs, scrapes, etc." The car had several scratches on the paint and wheels. I've been taking my 2007 Mercedes for numerous repairs and the service was great and the management has been very helpful on numerous occasions. However, I was not pleased with the product (2007 Mercedes 280 4Matic) as I spend too much for the repair thus losing my confidence towards acquiring another Mercedes Benz in the future. I brought a difficult Sprinter problem to O'Regan's because I had done my own full service on my Sprinter chassis motorhome.
